When covid changed our lives in 2020, we were also dealing with a family trauma triggered by addiction. By that time, my professional life of the previous 20 years was focused around leading large teams in high-end hospitality companies. The life events of the early part of 2020 functioned as a catalyst to look at how I lived the last 20 years, and more importantly how I want to live the next 20 years. I embarked on a path to build my own executive leadership coaching business.

As a Mental Fitness Coach for Hospitality Professionals and more recently also for parents, I help my clients face life’s challenges with a positive mindset and become conscious leaders, not only at work, but also in their private lives and most importantly how they lead themselves.

I leverage my iPEC CPC and ELI-MP credentials and my expertise in Positive Intelligence and Energy Leadership to create real and sustainable change for my clients. I use iPEC’s proprietary assessments, such as the ELI and the ELI 360, to measure and shift the energy levels of my clients, their teams and/or the people my clients care most about. My mission is to inspire others to achieve their desired outcomes and live their full potential.
