I grew up with divorced parents whose styles were very different, leading to confusion and non-attunement to my adolescent needs for support, security, and safety.

A few years ago, I struggled with my daughter as she faced anxiety and depression as a teenager. Both experiences were challenging and heart-wrenching.

As a result, I have made it my mission to help parents like you find smoother and more productive paths, and I am trained and certified to do so.
