Organizational Tutors

Founded in 2005, Organizational Tutors is a premier network of highly trained academic and executive functioning coaches, working at the intersection of education and psychology. We offer individualized, targeted, in-home and virtual support across the country for students of all ages (early childhood through college) who struggle with: executive functioning and attentional weaknesses, language-based learning problems, visual-spatial and auditory processing issues and social/emotional difficulties that impede their academic success. Families often turn to us when a student’s difficulties in these areas are impacting multiple aspects of their school and/or home experience. We help students form positive habits and develop lifelong organizational skills to excel in their academic and personal lives.

All coaches in our network hold graduate level degrees in education, neurocognition, educational therapy or psychology, and have a background in working with students with a combination of academic, cognitive, and social/emotional challenges. As a result of our highly selective process, we are able to make a customized match for each student.

Pacific Preparatory

Pacific Preparatory School is an accredited K-12 school, offering customized 1:1 instruction in the virtual space. There are no group classes or brick-and-mortar locations; only experienced teachers dedicated to each student’s individual learning and social-emotional needs. This 1:1 model is especially effective for students in need of unique education plans while navigating emotional, behavioral, or physical health challenges. The nature of completely customized, 1:1 instruction ensures rapid coverage of both learning gaps and required course material, allowing a transition to their home institution in a much better academic position. Alternatively, they may elect to continue with PacPrep to reduce transitions and ease the path to graduation.

Parallel Process (With Krissy Pozatek)

Krissy Pozatek is the author of The Parallel Process, Brave Parenting and Brave Teaching. Krissy offers Parent Coaching, Digital Courses, and a Group Parent Coaching Subscription. Krissy teaches the Parallel Process content that enables parents to promote their children’s emotional growth, maturation and resiliency, while diffusing power-struggles and fostering a healthier parent-child bond. Krissy’s ecourse, Transform Your Parenting, walks parents through the stuck, enmeshed patterns that may be undermining their parenting. Krissy recommends that parents take Transform Your Parenting in conjunction with one-on-one Parent Coaching or the Group Coaching Class.
