Coaching others is like when I was a 15-year-old swim instructor, helping the young you learn to push limits like holding your breath and being able to eventually jump off the diving board into the deep end. It isn’t so much of having you accomplish anything. It’s about coaching you into a deeper trust in you. Coaching with me is a healing process and I am not a healer. You are. I continue to do my daily work, right alongside you. I invest in me every day. By simply acknowledging me as the way I live me. Learning to love all aspects of me increases my presence in my life, which creates more presence for you in your life. It’s a curious experience; the day we decide to take action and bring another into our lives to support, mentor and coach us. When we make such a personal choice for ourselves and don’t quit, our lives are never the same. I encourage you to take your leap.
