Metropolitan Therapy Associates

I provide parents with psycho-education about their child’s brain and mind and how the brain effects emotions and behavior, and why we all experience what we do. I can offer solutions on how to overcome obstacles and have fruitful discussions, but also how to help you as parents as well as your child of any age, calm your nervous system. I provide tools and strategies that can be used throughout the day and/or, when activated by flight/flight/fright. I can try to help you interpret communication and communicate effectively to deepen relationships rather than have you left feeling alienated, rejected and in despair. There is hope!
