Elevate Family Wellness Programs

Elevate Family Wellness offers retreats, personalized family intensives, and coaching. We support clients through important transitions and other personal growth milestones. We believe in the whole family system getting their needs met.

STUDENT AND PARENT COACHING
~ We support families needing sophisticated support at home in order to achieve a healthier level of interpersonal functioning. We work with families post treatment as well as families looking for an alternative to residential treatment or as a preventative measure.
Families work with a team of two coaches in our tandem-dyadic model:
​~ 3 sessions per week: 1:1 Student session, 1:1 Parent Session + a Family Session hosted by the team.
~ This supports everyone through the joys and challenges of navigating life together.

~ Families receive support from their coaching team 7-days per week, weekends included, in order to troubleshoot and offer guidance.

Ellenhorn

Ellenhorn is a leader in community-based mental health care, offering a unique approach known as the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). Established over 20 years ago, Ellenhorn provides an alternative to traditional inpatient and residential psychiatric care by delivering comprehensive, in-home, and community-based services. We focus on helping clients maintain meaningful connections with their lives while receiving intensive, multidisciplinary care.

Ellenhorn specializes in working with adults experiencing complex psychiatric conditions, including mood, thought, and substance use disorders. Our team of licensed clinicians—psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists—provides personalized, wraparound services, ensuring clients are supported every step of the way. Unlike traditional care models, we treat clients in their environments, which promotes both psychiatric recovery and social integration.

Our evidence-based approach combines psychosocial rehabilitation, innovative psychiatric care, and models including AMBIT, Open Dialogue and Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment. By focusing on a client’s role in the community and collaborating with them as active partners in their recovery, Ellenhorn empowers individuals to regain a sense of purpose and control in their lives, helping them to achieve long-term well-being.

The educational and therapeutic consultants at Elm Street Placements are experts at assessing the needs of children, teens, and young adults and at matching them with the right therapeutic program. We travel the country evaluating boarding schools, therapeutic wilderness programs, residential treatment centers and assessment centers so you can be assured you are being referred to just the right fit. We are skilled clinicians and parents of children who once needed the support of specialized mental health and academic programs. You don’t need to do this alone.

In our complimentary session, you can learn about the enrollment process for troubled teen therapeutic boarding schools, wilderness, or residential treatment centers. Get answers about teen crisis intervention teams, and transportation services available for teens refusing to attend a program. You can also schedule an assessment to see if your child would excel in a program or if parent coaching is right for you.
