This meeting brings men together to talk openly about the realities of parenting through challenge — without judgment or pressure. Whether you want to share, listen, or simply sit in the company of others who understand, you’ll find strength, perspective, and community here. Open to anyone who identifies as a man.
Our Meditation Support Groups are open to members of all experience levels and are an opportunity to take time to reflect, to breathe and simply to be. Each session ends with sharing time to help process the experience.
