Rough morning? Argument before school? Already feeling behind before the day has even begun?

This guided meditation meeting is designed to help you reset — no experience required. Whether you’ve meditated for years or have never tried it before, this is a welcoming space to pause, breathe, and steady yourself.

You don’t have to be good at it. You don’t have to clear your mind. You just have to show up.

Each session includes a gentle, guided meditation followed by optional sharing time to help process the experience. Come exactly as you are and leave with a calmer nervous system and a clearer start to your day. 

Newcomers are always welcome.
