Neil joined Heritage in 2017 after eight years in the neurodiverse treatment field, bringing extensive experience from residential treatment settings. His background prepared him to create and lead Spark Academy before expanding that same vision to grow Spark Services. Neil believes treatment should be both highly individualized and genuinely engaging, a philosophy reflected in his development of innovative programs, intensive staff training, and immersive adventure-based experiences. By working closely with caregivers, he continually refines programs to better support teens. Neil takes the greatest pride in seeing his team build meaningful, transformative relationships with students.
