Lynn Smith, the founder of Elements Wilderness Program and has over 30 years of experience in outdoor therapy. His journey began in 1994 as a field guide, eventually leading him to pursue a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. Over the years, Lynn transitioned into roles as a primary therapist and currently serves as a parent coach/family therapist for the Elements programs. With a clinical focus on supporting clients in making healthy decisions regarding substance use, Lynn finds fulfillment in facilitating three-day camping family therapy intensives in his current role. Originally from California, he now resides in Utah, where he avidly pursues mountain biking and snowboarding whenever possible.
