Kaimei studied at Duke University before transferring to Northwestern University, where she completed her degree in Psychology while simultaneously directing an autism nonprofit. Her background sits at the intersection of psychology, communication, and leadership, with additional experience in digital strategy through her work with Stanford Athletics. Having engaged in multiple forms of mental health treatment in her own adolescence, she is driven to support young people navigating similar challenges with a direct, authentic approach. She has been coaching with Not Therapy for the past year and recently stepped into a full-time role as Head of Brand Marketing, where she focuses on growing the company’s reach while continuing to work closely with clients.
