James is the owner and founder of Red Willow Counseling and Recovery. He is a licensed clinical social worker, a certified, Arise, interventionist, and a certified Intervention professional. He is also one of the ARISE trainers and supervisors. He was raised in Salt Lake City, but has traveled to many countries all over the world. He has a deep belief in the importance of IOP and outpatient level of care in providing long-term recovery for people, struggling with addiction. He has three children and lives in a very old home that needs constant attention. What I love most about working in the addiction field is the need for constantly taking inventory, holding oneself accountable, and letting go.
