Jack is a professional mental health mentor and companion with experience supporting individuals facing challenges such as executive dysfunction, ADHD, substance use, trauma, and mood disorders. Having navigated his own struggles with ADHD, executive functioning, and bipolar disorder, he brings both expertise and empathy to his work. As COO of Youth Prevention Mentors, Jack is passionate about guiding families with the best possible support. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in positive psychology at Arizona State University.
