Hayley Caddes is the co-founder and COO of Not Therapy, and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemical engineering from Columbia University. Before starting Not Therapy, she founded and sold Chill Pill, a venture-backed mental health peer support platform for Gen Z women, raising over $2M — and spent years building and leading youth programs at the intersection of tech and entrepreneurship. After her own experience being sent to wilderness programs, residential treatment centers, and navigating the mental healthcare system, she and co-founder Colin MacDonald built Not Therapy to provide what their younger selves needed: a trusting relationship with a mentor that could guide them through real life change.
