Bonnie Rumilly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in adults and first responders. She provided trauma care in Newtown after the Sandy Hook school shootings and is a certified EMDR Therapist. Bonnie is a Clinical Director at the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team, Inc., supporting first responders suffering from PTSI and trauma. She began her career as an EMT in 2000 and is a retired EMS Chief.

She hosts the Responder Resilience Podcast and co-leads a weekly peer support group for first responders.
