Ann is an Advanced Grief Recovery Specialist with a background as a retired RN, Vet tech and instructor. For over 17 years, she has been helping her clients take their lives back after loss, using an action based program that produces life-changing results. The first book in her “Talking Grief” series demonstrates the need to connect with people in person/virtually and give them the tools to create a “safe space” to have the often difficult conversations around grief. She loves illustrating concepts with storytelling and examples that are relatable while encouraging participation with her audience. Ann lives in Vancouver with Henry, the bunny.
