Only our Thursday Speaker Talks and Monthly Expert Panels are recorded, to give members the opportunity and benefit to rewatch a talk or panel, or watch a speaker that they missed. We never record any other support groups so that participants will feel free to share.

As many as you would like! We encourage you to explore our numerous offerings. One of our sources of pride is that we are able to offer support groups multiple times a day, in the hopes that we are there during your time of need. See our Support Group Schedule.
Our support groups are an hour long. They start with the group agreements, meditation, and an opening statement. Next, an opening topic is brought forth by the Peer Parent where they share their thoughts, feelings, or experiences on that topic and then the floor is open to all parents to share. We close with a reading and farewell. Our support groups end 5 minutes before the hour to allow individuals to be on time for a next appointment.
General support groups are open to all members. You can also join experience-specific groups that you identify with, such as our Mens’ Support Group or the Families with Kids in Sober Living and Alumni Programs group. We are always expanding our offerings. Have a need for a support group that is not being met? Reach out to us at [email protected].
